of China (Need Work Permit)
- Citizens of USA, Canada, England or Australia
- Resident of Hong Kong and Macau
- Oversea Chinese
- Citizens of Mainland China who has obtained second nationality
and lived oversea (outside of China) for more than four years |

For those who do not need work permit
- Foreign spouses married to ROC nationals with household
registers in Taiwan
who have been granted nationality.
